3. Quotes and PricingAll quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.Prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise noted.Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes after site inspection or during installation.
4. Service TermsService bookings are subject to availability.Customers must provide accurate access and contact details to allow timely service delivery.We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if site conditions are unsafe or misrepresented.
5. Cancellations & ReschedulingPlease provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.Late cancellations may incur a call-out fee.
6. WarrantiesWe provide warranties in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).Product warranties vary by manufacturer and will be outlined in your service agreement.Workmanship is covered under a 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated.
7. PaymentsPayment is due on completion of service, unless prior arrangements have been made.We accept bank transfers, EFTPOS, and other methods as agreed.Late payments may incur interest or collection costs.
8. LiabilityWe are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.GateMaTech Ltd is not responsible for damages caused by external factors such as weather, power surges, misuse, or third-party interference.It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper use and maintenance of automated systems.
9. PrivacyYour personal data is protected under the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and handle your information.
